My parents took my family to Florida Disney for two weeks. I stayed home to work three jobs to pay for my upcoming sophomore year at NCE tuition. My sis called me from a pay phone in North Carolina to tell me they were coming home early. I managed to get the party Rubbish cleaned up. The only reason I got caught was the following month’s phone bill had the 5$ collect call on it.
You have not changed a bit! Rocking that look, your mom should have been disappointed upon her return to see that the house wasn't a pile of ashes. I mean, an outlaw like that had friends over for some punch and "new wave genre"? She would have been proud to bail you out of the clink!

I'm still hearing stories from my kids, and they're almost 50. One story: After a time they moved out of our house and started a speakeasy in a loft on Vine Street. Needless to say, L&I wasn't happy about not getting their cut, and shut them down. At lease they didn't get thrown in jail. They're both very successful businessmen 30 years later.
I did a lot of house sitting for Mim…. I was the queen of the stealth party.
